You will drive the rollout of advanced ledgering capabilities, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Sales to align with regulation and market needs, and shape product initiatives from ideation to adoption.

Responsabilités

• Own the development and delivery of Kinexys account solutions with virtualization, multi-asset, multi-currency, and tokenized cash.
• Lead the rollout of advanced ledgering capabilities enabling real-time, transparent, and programmable account management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Account Management to align product initiatives with regulatory requirements.
• Drive ideation for virtual account structures, digital asset management, and multi-currency features, aligning priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Define and enhance the client service model for advanced account solutions and ensure a differentiated client experience.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop commercial strategies and client-facing materials for adoption of new ledgering capabilities.
• Work with cross-line-of-business teams to assess feasibility and integration of new account services, including blockchain and digital assets.
• Develop and size market opportunities, pricing strategies, and growth projections for virtual, multi-asset, and multi-currency solutions.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes to maintain a leading market position.
