Job Description

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing & Content Specialist to help us reach more authors and publishers. You’ll lead our paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, while also owning content creation for social media platforms to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, carousels) to grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
  • Collaborate with the team to shape messaging that resonates with authors and publishers
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide reports, and adjust strategies for growth
  • Manage ad budgets and test creative assets and audiences regularly
  • Stay updated on trends in digital advertising and publishing communities
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Comfortable writing and designing content (Canva or similar tools a plus)
  • Understand storytelling, publishing, or the writing community (bonus!)
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results
  • Growth mindset and enjoyment of experimenting with new ideas
