Company Overview

Our client is a new and fast-growing data center owner and operator based in the Asia Pacific region, dedicated to developing and managing digital infrastructure across Asia Pacific. Our mission is to bridge regional infrastructure gaps by providing growth capital to forward-focused organizations and delivering scalable, built-to-suit data center solutions. Where market conditions are favorable, we also selectively develop projects speculatively to meet rising digital demand.

As we scale our commercial operations, we are looking for a strategic and driven Head of Partnerships to lead and grow our partner ecosystem across the region.

Role Overview

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing our channel strategy, building strong relationships with partners, and driving indirect revenue through a robust ecosystem of resellers, system integrators, consultants, and technology alliances.

This is a high-impact leadership role that will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and other senior stakeholders to accelerate market reach, enable partner success, and support our broader go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive channel partnership strategy to expand market presence and accelerate growth across Asia Pacific.
  • Partner Recruitment & Enablement:
  • Identify, onboard, and enable top-tier partners that align with our business goals and technology offerings.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key partners and serve as their advocate within the organization.
  • Sales Enablement & Pipeline Growth:
  • Support partners in driving pipeline generation and revenue through co-selling initiatives, training, and marketing collaboration.
  • Partner Programs:
  • Develop and maintain partner programs including incentives, certifications, and performance tracking frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives and support.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regional dynamics to continuously optimize the channel approach.
  • Reporting & Metrics:
  • Define KPIs, measure partner performance, and report regularly to the executive team on progress and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 10 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the data center, cloud, or ICT sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Solid understanding of the Asia Pacific digital infrastructure landscape.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management capabilities.
  • Regional travel as when required.
