The Head of Operations is a senior position within the organization which holds the overall responsibility of the entire Operations function, from ensuring high and consistent daily performance, to strategic projects planning and execution, and precise budget planning and management.
The Head of Operations reports directly to the Country Head of Singapore, and is an essential role in ensuring high performance levels of existing services to support the business. The role is also critical in planning and developing new services to support business growth.
The Head of Operations should be a self-motivated team player who thinks critically and creatively, has a knack for solving problems, and is passionate about supporting the development of their team.
