An established industry player is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business functions and drive strategic initiatives. This role involves developing operational policies, leading process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Main Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
Collaborate with Global Management to set performance goals and track progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health/safety standards.
Supervise and support department heads, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Analyze performance data and prepare reports for executive review.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in operations management.
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, supply chain, and IT.
Experience developing and implementing operational strategies.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
