Duties & Responsibilities

- Build up a strong team of effective operational management crew able to manage clients confidently.
- Focus on hiring individuals with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Support the in-house taskforce to implement continuous training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Lead, mentor and train the team of Operations Executives, Managers, and Area Managers in planning and execution of deployment.- Develop a comprehensive orientation program for new joiners.
Ensure proper induction of new Operations Managers/Executives, including site familiarity and specific client requirements.Review and guide the Operations team in planning, execution, and delivery of security measures on-site and off-site.- Collaborate with Business Development and HR teams.
- Regularly assess risks and update security measures accordingly.
Oversee overall operations related to security personnel deployment.- Ensure efficient deployment based on client needs.
- Utilize technology for real-time monitoring and management.
- Review data to forecast manpower needs and adjust strategies.
- Manage deployment of resources like QRT, Mobile Response Officers, and Relief Officers.
- Conduct site spot checks to ensure SOP adherence.
- Ensure officers are alert, knowledgeable, and proficient.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures ensuring compliance.Manage operational budgets and resources, focusing on P&L delivery.Plan and execute training programs across all security personnel levels.Identify and utilize systems to enhance security solutions.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and feedback.Work with HR to improve recruitment processes and officers’ welfare.Develop reports and data trends for management review.Ensure LDs for all sites meet targets set by the Managing Director annually.Pre-requisites
- Minimum Tertiary education in Security Management or equivalent.
- Familiarity with HRIS/Manpower deployment systems (e.g., InfoTECH, IREP, QUICKHR).
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management qualities.
- Compliance mindset and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in PLRD Security Agency Competency Assessment.
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in the security industry, with at least 5 years as Head of Operations overseeing 500+ staff.
- Certified BizSafe Level 2 is essential.
