Head of Operations / Director of Operations

We're looking for a highly strategic and experienced Head/Director of Operations to drive the operational excellence and growth of our cryptocurrency exchange. If you have a proven track record in operations leadership within the crypto space and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Shape Operational Strategy: Play a key role in developing and executing our exchange's operational strategy, translating overarching goals into actionable plans and comprehensive operational portfolios.
• Drive User Growth & Retention: Design and implement data-driven operational plans to boost user conversion, enhance retention, and minimize churn across diverse user segments, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee Project Operations: Develop and manage detailed operational blueprints for all new projects.
• Stay Ahead of the Market: Continuously monitor domestic and international industry trends, adapting our market operating environment, targets, and plans to stay competitive.
• Elevate Our Brand: Actively manage the company's brand in response to evolving market conditions and competitor strategies.
• Cultivate Partnerships: Lead the engagement and daily maintenance of our exchange's existing partnership channels.
• Fuel Growth & Business Development: Develop and implement strategic promotional plans, proposals, and budgets aligned with our exchange's positioning. You'll help identify and secure online platforms for customer acquisition, taking direct responsibility for client growth and business expansion.
• Provide Data-Driven Insights: Compile and analyze data from various platforms, offering strategic recommendations and insights to guide decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

• Exceptional Business Acumen: A keen understanding of market dynamics and business drivers, coupled with outstanding abilities in resource integration and project execution.
• Strong Leadership & Collaboration: Proven planning and coordination skills, excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, and extensive experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Extensive Experience: At least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in operations.
• Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Crypto Exchange Background: You must have prior experience in a similar operational leadership role within a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Global Fluency: English must be a working language.
