Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee P&L for all cafeteria units, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Manage annual business plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts, providing performance updates.
  • Evaluate results and implement actions to meet KPIs in revenue, cost, service, quality, and safety.
  • Maintain high service quality and food standards in a team-focused environment.
  • Promote "Brighter Cafeteria of Tomorrow" as an iconic showcase, leveraging technology to boost performance and profitability.
  • Lead Operations and Culinary teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations across outlets.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals, monitoring key performance metrics.
  • Improve operational processes, workflows, and resource allocation for greater efficiency.
  • Oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost control and effective resource use.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and clients, leading contract negotiations for optimal terms.
  • Ensure superior service delivery, exceeding customer expectations consistently.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for senior management.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years in operations management, preferably in food service or hospitality, with 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field; Master's preferred.
