Benefits Summary:

• Position: General Manager (F&B)
• Type: Permanent role
• Gross salary: Up to $9,000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: North Region

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on site performance, sales, and budget outcomes to senior leaders.
• Oversee financial and operational performance across local and international markets.
• Plan for leadership succession and represent the organization in community initiatives.
• Cultivate a strong training culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Address operational challenges and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and manage budgets in partnership with senior management.
• Manage workforce planning and vendor partnerships effectively.
• Lead projects from initial tender to launch, including securing lease agreements.
• Guide teams in site management, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
• Ensure high service standards and implement cost-saving measures.

Additional Requirements:

• At least 10 years of senior business development or leasing experience, preferably in food, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong business acumen with leasing and tendering experience.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license and own transportation is highly preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building and leadership skills.
