Roles & Responsibilities

· To Ensure Standard Operating Procedures align with Ministry Of Health (MOH) licensing requirements and Healthcare Services Acts

· To Supervise the Quality Assurance Committee to ensure operational excellence and minimize risks

· To Lead in setting strategic directions to empower People Living with Dementia and elevate care standards

· To Drive nursing initiatives to provide clinical and strategic leadership in Person-Centred Care

Job requirements:

· Degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration (preferably with a Master’s Degree)

· Minimum 10 years of experience in nursing with at least 5 years in a leadership role

· Strong knowledge in clinical care and familiarity with MOH regulations, HCSA policies and audit frameworks
