Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee MWS line and general management including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and budgeting.
• Maintain client relationships, capture KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead project planning, resource forecasting, and overall on-time, on-budget delivery.
