The SMB Regional Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys.

We are seeking an accomplished marketer to lead the SMB Regional Marketing team in APAC. This is an opportunity to build a growing team and make a significant contribution by delivering world class efforts that connect with SMBs and drive to action on our platform. This role will be based in Singapore.

  1. Build and lead a dynamic, regional team of marketers dedicated to the successful growth and performance of our SMB business in APAC.
  2. Create and develop regional strategy and drive execution at scale across our ecosystem (Internal and External) by acquiring qualified leads.
  3. Develop regional strategy and initiatives for activation of specific verticals and segments.
  4. Build net-new content, scalable toolkits, marketing campaigns and enablement programs that help engage with SMB audiences.
  5. Deliver narrative and content creation that focuses on business priority pillars or products.
  6. Balance both creative and analytical interpretation of data to design inspiring and effective digital marketing campaigns that drives business results and impact.
  7. Support development/execution of process of assessing leads and funneling to appropriate engagement tracks to mitigate churn and nurture activation potential, including working directly with Scaled Business Sales and Account Management counterparts to fast-track transfer of high potential leads for advertiser activation and revenue growth.
  8. Activate comprehensive performance marketing-based initiatives and continuously iterate to maximize results through to acquisition.
  9. Collaborate as a seamless partner to other XFNs and leadership, including SMB Product & Sales organizations both within the region and globally.
  10. Develop a strong team and culture.
  11. Demonstrate SMB and Marketing thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Experience in digital marketing, SMB marketing, partnership and media background preferred; 3-5 years experience in team & people management from diverse culture.
  2. Acute understanding of SMB business needs, TikTok & competitors' SMB product solutions.
  3. Experience working with both B2B & B2C customers in an international environment.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  2. Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments and regions.

  4. Thoughtful, empathetic leadership and a sincere passion for the work of the team.
  5. Have a strong business understanding of APAC markets.
