Team Introductions: At TikTok, our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The SMB Regional Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium-sized businesses, providing education, guidance, and showcasing success.

As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team collaborates closely with Sales and Product teams, championing SMB audiences, optimizing performance-driven messaging strategies, and customer journeys. We are creative entrepreneurs, ready to capitalize on the platform's potential, building a team of self-starters, motivated individuals, and problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You have an appetite for learning and innovation, are comfortable working outside your primary skill set, and have a passion for TikTok, bringing ideas to propel the platform forward.

We seek an accomplished marketer to lead the SMB Regional Marketing team in APAC, based in Singapore, to build a growing team and deliver world-class efforts connecting with SMBs and driving platform actions.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and lead a regional team of marketers focused on SMB growth and performance in APAC.
  2. Create and execute regional strategies across our ecosystem to acquire qualified leads.
  3. Develop initiatives for activation of specific verticals and segments.
  4. Create content, scalable toolkits, marketing campaigns, and enablement programs to engage SMB audiences.
  5. Produce narratives and content focusing on business priorities or products.
  6. Interpret data creatively and analytically to design effective digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
  7. Assess leads and funnel them appropriately, working with sales teams to activate high-potential leads for revenue growth.
  8. Implement performance marketing initiatives and iterate for maximum results.
  9. Collaborate with other teams and leadership, including SMB Product & Sales teams regionally and globally.
  10. Develop a strong team culture and leadership.
  11. Demonstrate thought leadership in SMB and marketing, staying ahead of trends and providing proactive recommendations.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, SMB marketing, or media, with 3-5 years in team and people management across diverse cultures.
  • Understanding of SMB business needs, TikTok, and competitors' SMB solutions.
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C customers in an international environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-starter, fast learner, detail-oriented, with critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and regions.
  • Embodies leadership principles, driven by mission and vision, fostering team growth, and achieving results.

Thoughtful, empathetic leadership with a genuine passion for the team's work. Strong business understanding of APAC markets is also preferred.
