As the Marketing Services Director for the SMT cluster, you will report to the Vice President – Marketing Services and be accountable for achieving the revenue and profitability targets of the SMT (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) cluster and responsible for development and execution of growth strategies of the marketing services business.
In this role you will also be accountable to the Head of Marketing Leader for SMT cluster who carries overall core marketing and marketing services responsibilities across the SMT cluster while also working closely with other business stakeholders such as Country Managers, Account Executives, Agency Partners to identify business opportunities, develop revenue and margin growth opportunities to meet business and client priorities.
You will be required to collaborate with the regional Marketing Services community to help in the develop business growth strategies, client and RFP responses. You will also be responsible for aiding the Regional Vice President of Marketing Services and the Head of Marketing for SMT in the quarterly business reviews & annual growth strategy exercises (MSO and AOP).
Success in this role will be measured through revenue & contribution margin attainment, as well as, forecast accuracy and stakeholder feedback.
Work closely with country marketing teams and subject matter experts in the Singapore Hub to explore the new opportunities for Marketing Services revenue.
Develop regional business growth strategies for Marketing Services.
Support in-country Client Marketing teams in the development of client facing proposals, pricing, and service capabilities.
Work closely with the Regional Vice President of Marketing Services & Head of Marketing for SMT to develop country and cluster Marketing Services revenue and margin growth strategies.
Lead regional awareness of Marketing Services capabilities, through training and adequate communications.
Support all financial & business planning processes.
Confidently understand the core Visa business, leadership principles, and divisional mission of help to support Visa Partner, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement & Customer Retention.

Actively contribute in meetings and team activities
In this role, you will be a critical member of the Marketing Services organization, with responsibilities that cover, but not limited to, overall profit and losses of the Marketing Services function regionally as well as working closely with and supporting in-country marketing teams, to help identify revenue generating marketing services opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
