    The Head of Marketing and Sales at Tvaster Genkalp Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion in the medical diagnostics sector. You will play a crucial role in building and leading high-performing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate for this position should have expertise in healthcare diagnostics and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets while enhancing brand presence.Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and identifying growth opportunities through strategic partnerships. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing key client needs, and refining sales strategies based on feedback. Additionally, you will create targeted sales strategies for B2B segments, conduct market research, and drive geographic expansion.Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential in aligning sales efforts with marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimize lead generation, and driving conversions. You will also be involved in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales teams, fostering accountability and innovation through skill development programs. Monitoring sales metrics, preparing performance reports, and using data insights to optimize strategies while implementing CRM systems for efficiency will be part of your responsibilities.In terms of brand development and awareness, you will focus on strengthening Tvaster Genkalp's positioning as a leader in molecular diagnostics and liquid biopsy. This will involve executing impactful campaigns for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Managing marketing content to boost online presence and lead conversion will also be a key aspect of your role.To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred), along with 5-10 years of extensive marketing and sales experience. A strong knowledge of the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical industries is highly desirable. You should also have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the diagnostics sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in medical diagnostics.Key skills required for this role include strong sales leadership, strategic thinking, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of the healthcare diagnostics market. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, exceptional communication, and negotiation abilities are essential for achieving business objectives and driving team performance.This is a full-time position based in Chennai. The benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. The ability to commute or relocate to Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu is required for this role. A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical diagnostics is also required.
