About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to drive our growth in APAC! As Head of Marketing, you’ll shape our brand, employ strategies to generate high-quality leads, and work closely with sales to fuel revenue growth. Leading a talented marketing team, you’ll craft and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that attract and retain customers in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead, Inspire, and Grow a High-Performing Marketing Team
- Build, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear OKRs to drive team performance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Champion professional development, equipping team members with the skills and knowledge to excel in a fast-scaling environment.
2. Drive GTM Strategies and Sales Alignment
- Partner with sales leadership to design and execute demand generation campaigns that support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs, equipping sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to accelerate deal cycles.
- Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine positioning and messaging for key segments.
3. Execute Multi-Channel Marketing and Brand Positioning
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and social media channels.
- Develop compelling brand narratives and communication strategies that enhance brand credibility and thought leadership in the SaaS collaboration space.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders to elevate brand presence.
4. Optimize Performance with Data-Driven Insights
- Define and track key marketing metrics, analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
- Conduct ongoing market research and customer segmentation analysis to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making for sustained business growth.
