About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to take charge of our brand marketing, public relations, and data-driven growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment, understands local consumers, and can turn insights into compelling campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping the brand, growing its presence, and supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing

  • Define the brand’s core value and build a compelling identity for a growing F&B chain
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and customer affinity
  • Lead planning and execution of campaigns for product launches, festive promotions, and brand culture initiatives
  • Oversee content creation across social media, video, advertising, and in-store materials
  • Manage both internal and external resources to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery

2. Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Market Research: Analyze competitive landscape and consumer trends to guide brand positioning and adjustments
  • Marketing Analytics: Track ad performance, social media engagement, and campaign ROI to optimize strategy
  • Sales Insights: Combine store sales data with customer profiles to optimize product mix and pricing strategies

3. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and execute cross-brand collaborations, partnerships, and B2B opportunities to expand reach and revenue
  • Lead promotional planning across multiple channels such as membership, delivery platforms, and seasonal gifting
  • Build strong working relationships with mall management, platform partners, and external collaborators

4. Public Relations & Reputation Management

  • Maintain relationships with local media, F&B outlets, content creators, and press contacts
  • Organize interviews, press features, media releases, and public events to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor online reviews and public sentiment, manage responses and internal communications for sensitive issues
  • Work with Operations to resolve customer-facing incidents and improve service experience

5. Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, HR, and Finance to align marketing with business goals
  • Build and lead the internal marketing team, providing guidance, structure, and development opportunities
  • Instill a brand-driven and customer-centric mindset across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing strategy, and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and translate into actionable strategy
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards; experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Familiar with F&B, retail, or consumer-facing businesses in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent project ownership, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills
