We are looking for a Web3-native, globally mindedHead of Marketingto leadBNB Chain’smarketing vision and strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind how the world sees, understands, and engages with the BNB Chain ecosystem — from builders and degens to institutions and partners.

This isn’t just about managing a team or running campaigns. It’s about setting the narrative in a rapidly evolving space, building community with purpose, and growing our ecosystem with a long-term vision in mind.

The Role:

• Own and execute theend-to-end global marketing strategyfor BNB Chain — from brand narrative and storytelling to ecosystem amplification and community-led growth
• Lead high-impact marketing initiatives:hackathons,developer activations,industry events,AMAs, and partnerships that move the needle
• Collaborate acrossproduct, BD, community, content, PR, and regional leadsto unify messaging and maximize impact across channels
• Build and nurture strong relationships withKOLs, developer communities, ecosystem projects, and Web3 media
• Managed and scale ahigh-performing global marketing teamwith a bias for experimentation and agility
• Usedata and community feedbackto optimize strategy, measure ROI, and ship campaigns that matter
• Stay plugged into the Web3 culture, trends, and meme cycles — and ensure BNB Chain is always part of the conversation

More About You:

• You live and breathe Web3 — fluent in crypto culture, community dynamics, and the pace of the space
• 5+ years of marketing leadership, ideally withhands-on experience in DeFi, blockchain infra or a Layer 1/2
• Strong background incommunity building, brand storytelling, or growth marketing
• Strong brand builder and communicator with a track record of shaping narratives, growing products, and launching memorable campaigns
• Comfortable navigating decentralized ecosystems, managing remote teams, and collaborating across time zones
• Strategic yet scrappy — you know when to zoom out and when to ship fast
