Role Overview
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading our global marketing efforts across user acquisition, brand building, community engagement, and product marketing. You’ll build and manage a high-performing team, develop full-funnel strategies, and bring our story to life across every touchpoint—from performance ads to Discord.
This role requires a rare blend of analytical growth chops, brand and content instincts, and a deep understanding of Web3 audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive a cohesive marketing strategy, spanning user acquisition, thought leadership, and partner marketing efforts across marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with GTM and cross-functional teams, including BD, sales, PR, product, creative and design, to align on goals and bring cohesive regional strategies to life at the market level
- Collaborate with data, product, creative, and design teams to improve conversion funnels and user journeys
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and regional campaigns
- Build and scale integrated marketing programs, including campaigns, influencer initiatives, and brand activations across priority markets
- Adapt and execute global priorities with local nuance, ensuring marketing programs resonate in-market and drive meaningful outcomes
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget for ROI across channels
- Review customer insights and preferences to identify the marketing strategies for different user segments
- Own marketing KPIs (traffic, engagement, activation, CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Oversee lifecycle and performance marketing, including paid media, SEO, email, and CRM
Job Requirements
- 9+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles at high-growth tech or fintech startups
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies across multiple audiences and channels
- Deep experience with performance marketing, product positioning, and go-to-market planning
- Strong grasp of analytics, funnel optimization, cohort tracking, and CAC/LTV models
- Excellent storytelling skills and understanding of PR, narrative building, and ecosystem engagement
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with creative/design functions
- Experience working with or managing local agencies, production vendors, and in-market partners
- Bonus: Familiarity with Web3 crypto landscape and its applications in different regional contexts
