As Head of Marketing at ELGO, you will shape our marketing strategy and ensure successful execution of all marketing activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to dive into B2B enterprise and ecosystem marketing for AI platforms. You will work directly with the CEO and contribute to developing and executing all marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and establishing robust systematic tracking and monitoring of key KPIs across marketing channels. You will also work closely with the sales and partnership team in designing new campaigns and rollout strategies. In the start, you will be the only person working on marketing and is expected to drive many of the marketing activities.
The ideal person for the role would love the fast-changing and dynamic environment, and the challenges that comes with it. He/she will need to be a creative problem solver at heart, regularly thinking out of the box and falling back to first principles to design marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver real outcomes, instead of just following playbooks. He/she would also need to be systematic and experiment-minded, constantly running experiments and evaluating effectiveness of each campaign and experiment systematically. He/she is would also be extremely proactive, both in working and learning.
