Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness across various channels. This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the company’s visibility, engagement, and reputation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, social media, branding, content strategy, and customer acquisition. He/She will lead the marketing team, oversee campaign execution, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness & Strategy:

● Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, visibility, and market presence.

● Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.

● Lead the creation of compelling brand narratives, value propositions, and messaging to resonate with target audiences.

● Drive brand positioning and differentiation in the market through strategic initiatives.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online presence across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

● Lead content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and other digital media, to engage and educate customers and prospects.

● Optimize social media channels to increase organic reach, paid ad performance, and lead generation.

● Manage online communities, responding to inquiries, managing customer feedback, and fostering positive relationships.

● Track performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Campaign Management:

● Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, and events.

● Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns and activities.

● Oversee the production and distribution of all marketing materials, including advertisements, email newsletters, landing pages, and promotional content.

● Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to ensure high-quality content production.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

● Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.

● Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.

● Provide actionable insights based on data analytics to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

Account-Based Marketing & Lead Generation:

● Lead the development of strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.

● Manage and optimize SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and other lead-generating initiatives.

● Align marketing efforts with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Public Relations & Partnerships:

● Manage media relations and coordinate PR efforts to improve brand visibility and credibility in the industry.

● Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and industry leaders to create co-marketing opportunities and collaborative campaigns.

● Organize and promote events, webinars, and conferences to elevate brand presence and generate leads.

Team Leadership & Development:

● Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

● Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they stay ahead of marketing trends and technologies.

● Conduct performance reviews and set measurable goals for the marketing team.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

● Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

● Collaborate with the leadership team to refine the company's marketing strategy and ensure alignment with broader company goals.

● Support the launch of new products or services with integrated marketing campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

● Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve future initiatives.

● Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the impact and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

● Use analytics to drive decision-making and identify areas for optimization across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

● Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.

● Proven experience in campaign management, content strategy, and lead generation.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

● Experience working with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans that drive results.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on results.

● Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and PPC strategies is a must.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
