About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Marketing to join our team at UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd. you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategies. This is a full-time position based in our office in the Central Region of Singapore.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and execute all digital and offline marketing, including SEO, EDMs, social media and other channels of advertising campaigns
  • Develop, plan and maintain our presence on selected social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm and plan for lead generation activities and production of visuals
  • Plan and develop promotions on various products and services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members on various projects and activities.
  • Manage planning and scheduling of webinars and seminars for internal and external clients.
  • Facilitate and drive firm wide branding consistency across all regional offices.
  • Collate and prepare consolidated marketing reports of regional marketing efforts and activities.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against agreed Key Performance Indicators

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, preferably 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
  • A people developer, leader who is driven with a can-do spirit.
  • Ability to multi-task and hands on.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven working experience covering various aspects of marketing.
  • Experience with basic public relations work or managing influencers will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO and other marketing advertising and marketing campaigns.
