Overview
We are looking for an execution-focused Head of Marketing to lead all marketing activities across our group brands: Medi-Beauty Salon, Aesthetics, Scalp & Hair Growth, GP Clinic, and Women’s Health. This is a strategic and execution-driven role designed to build brand presence, drive customer leads, and ensure measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans for each brand with clear lead generation targets.
- Balance brand-building and performance marketing to ensure consistent customer inflow.
- Identify SME-friendly, cost-effective marketing opportunities (local campaigns, digital ads, partnerships).
- Build strong and differentiated brand identities for each service line.
- Ensure consistent messaging, visuals, and customer engagement across all platforms.
- Drive customer trust and loyalty through impactful storytelling and campaigns.
- Oversee digital channels (social media, SEO/SEM, website, CRM) to bring in high-quality leads.
- Create campaigns that directly convert to bookings, visits, and sales.
- Track leads, monitor the conversion funnel, and continuously optimise campaigns for ROI.
- Lead the marketing team and guide day-to-day activities.
- Manage external agencies/freelancers for creative, digital, and PR work.
- Work closely with clinic/salon managers to align marketing with business needs.
- Set clear KPIs (leads generated, cost per lead, brand awareness metrics).
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient spend.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness sectors.
- Proven ability to grow customer base and brand presence with limited resources.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and performance campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
