We’re looking for an experienced IT Ops / Incident Management professional to join a leading financial institution in the Asia Pacific region. This role is a key part of the regional technology and risk operations function and will play a critical part in shaping the way incidents are handled across multiple countries and stakeholders.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the incident management framework and playbook.
  • Coordinate closely with regional support functions and head office technology teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead the resolution of incidents, driving timely responses across teams and geographies.
  • Own incident reporting, escalation, and communication across internal stakeholders, regional management, and head office.
  • Collaborate with both technology infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, ensuring effective cross-functional support during incidents.
  • Support internal and external communication strategies for incident response across multiple markets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in incident or crisis management within the financial services, banking, or enterprise technology space.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, ITIL processes, or cybersecurity practices.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Clear and confident communicator – especially during high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with working alongside regional central functions, risk/compliance teams, or technology leadership.
