Responsibilities

1. Set the mission and vision of the infrastructure, middleware, and DevSecOps organization to foster a business-oriented mindset driven by continual service improvement.
2. Lead the development of strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
3. Collaborate with IT senior leadership on service portfolio and governance to prioritize resources.
4. Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for infrastructure, DevSecOps, and corporate IT to ensure strategic objectives are met.
5. Influence and negotiate across IT and the enterprise to enable cost-effective, innovative shared solutions aligned with business goals.
6. Assess external and internal technology capabilities to achieve competitive positioning.
7. Stay current on emerging technologies and platforms, providing guidance on their integration and adoption.
8. Provide strategic oversight for IT system design, development, operation, and support, covering technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, and IT service lifecycle.
9. Oversee sourcing strategies and manage vendor and partner relationships.
10. Manage teams deploying and operating physical data centers, cloud, and database infrastructure, ensuring infrastructure health.
11. Partner with teams on troubleshooting, incident analysis, and trend identification.
12. Drive automation and tooling specifications for lifecycle management of server and network infrastructure.
13. Implement process improvements and promote best practices in production operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive technology management roles.
• Preferably 5+ years leading large, cross-functional teams influencing senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience managing mission-critical IT projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to meet business objectives in collaborative, high-performance environments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Management experience, including managing managers and teams.
• Experience or capability in leading IT transformation initiatives in complex environments.
