Position Overview:

The APAC Head of IT will be responsible for leading and managing the IT function across the APAC region for the company. They will be responsible for all end-to-end IT capabilities – from ERP systems (Oracle Fusion), IT infrastructure and new office set up, enabling best in class D2C and ecommerce systems and platforms and consumer experience via our website UI / UX.

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy for the APAC region in alignment with the global IT strategy and the company's overall business strategy.
• Lead and manage the IT team across the APAC region, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team is motivated and high performing.
• Lead the ERP systems of the APAC business across all markets.
• Build IT infrastructure in line with business growth.
• Support launch of SharkNinja into new markets.
• Transform APAC’s D2C systems and capabilities.
• Work with ecommerce platforms to deliver seamless experience to our shoppers.
• Oversee the delivery of IT projects across the APAC region, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure that the company receives high-quality services and support.
• Provide regular updates and reports on IT performance to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and IT security standards across the APAC region.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that could impact the company's IT strategy and make recommendations for adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 7 years of experience leading IT teams across the APAC region.
• First hand experience of ERP system implementation, especially Oracle Fusion.
• Expertise in online payments and transactions.
• Data privacy and data warehousing expertise.
• AI and robotics expertise.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendors in a global environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions, geography, and cultures.
• Strong commitment to data privacy, security, and compliance.
