Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate 3-5 year technology evolution roadmaps for the department, driving intelligent upgrades for data centers, cloud computing platforms, and vehicle-network infrastructure.

2. Lead annual IT infrastructure budget planning at the 100-million-yuan scale, establishing a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization model.

3. Build an AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) system to achieve ≥95% accuracy in infrastructure failure prediction.

4. Construct a hybrid cloud multi-active architecture to ensure 99.99% SLA compliance for global business systems.

5. Establish a DevOps-driven automated operations platform, implementing CI/CD practices at the infrastructure layer.

6. Design cross-regional disaster recovery solutions achieving industry-leading standards of RPO <15 seconds and RTO <5 minutes.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;.

2. Experience: 10+ years of infrastructure management experience in large multinational corporations, including 5+ years managing experience.

3. Industry Background & Tech Stack - Preferred: Proven success cases in smart automotive/industrial internet/fintech sectors.

4. Leadership - Led enterprise-wide digital transformation infrastructure overhaul projects in organizations with 10,000+ employees.

5. Soft Skills - Exceptional stress tolerance: Demonstrated by restoring global operations within 72 hours during critical system failures.
