Job description
Develop and execute comprehensive human resource strategies that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
Lead the entire HR function including recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and succession planning.
Establish and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with senior management to identify organizational needs and workforce planning requirements.
Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent to support business growth.
Oversee learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation in alignment with company priorities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, promoting professional development and high performance.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to employment and labour regulations.
Lead negotiations and maintain positive relations with employee unions and representatives.
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for executive management to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure smooth administration of HRIS systems and HR operational processes.
Champion employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, and organizational culture initiatives.
Support change management initiatives and foster continuous improvement across the organization.
Jo Requirement
Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
8+ years HR experience, including senior leadership.
Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Proven skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle employee issues and union matters.
Proficient with HR systems and MS Office.
High integrity and professionalism.
