Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- 3+ years in a senior/executive HR role.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Create and manage HR budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to support professional growth.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
- Manage HR technology and ensure accurate data for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/executive HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
- Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is preferred
