A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to act as a key liaison for corporate employees. This role involves managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and leading talent development initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly in organizational change and leadership development, and will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance employee engagement and compliance.
Act as the key HR liaison for Corporate employees based in Singapore, ensuring alignment between local HR practices and global HR directives. Lead all Organizational Redesign and change management activities across the Singapore, Malaysia National offices and Singapore Corporate offices.
This person will do a dual role as (1) the key HR liaison for Corporate employees based in Singapore, ensuring alignment between local HR practices and global HR directives and (2) lead all Organizational Redesign and change management activities across the Singapore, Malaysia National offices and Singapore Corporate offices. This role will report into the HR Director, Singapore & Malaysia.
