Job description

Act as the key HR liaison for Corporate employees based in Singapore, ensuring alignment between local HR practices and global HR directives. Lead all Organizational Redesign and change management activities across the Singapore, Malaysia National offices and Singapore Corporate offices.

Your Role

This person will do a dual role as (1) the key HR liaison for Corporate employees based in Singapore, ensuring alignment between local HR practices and global HR directives and (2) lead all Organizational Redesign and change management activities across the Singapore, Malaysia National offices and Singapore Corporate offices. This role will report into the HR Director, Singapore & Malaysia.

Your Responsibilities

HR Business Partner – Corporate Office

  • Interpret global HR policies and effectively localize their application within the Singapore context.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and consistency of HR policy implementation across the Corporate Office.
  • Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, including grievance handling and performance management.
  • Partner with Payroll, Total Rewards, and Legal teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Manage interactions with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and ensure full compliance with employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and data management.

Cluster Head of Talent Development – Singapore, Malaysia, and Corporate Office

  • Partner with business leaders to assess learning needs and design tailored training and development programs.
  • Deliver and facilitate global corporate training modules in partnership with the Group Learning team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead capability development programs to build leadership and functional excellence within the cluster.
  • Support the deployment of the global performance and talent development frameworks.
  • Act as a coach to managers on people development strategies and succession planning.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance.
  • Minimum 8 years of specific HR expertise in (1) Organizational Change and Redesign (2) Compensation Architecture (3) Leadership Development.
  • Experienced Trainer and public speaker.
  • Preferably holds an ICF or IECL certification.
  • Minimum IHRP-SP certified.
