Responsibilities:- Accountable for all HR related duties
- HR headcount planning and monitoring
- Compensation and benefits incl. gathering information of salary ranges in the market to ensure C&B of existing employees and salary offers are competitive and based on real time data
- Define and develop talent acquisition effective and efficient processes to address short and long term needs
- Develop wide, solid and high quality sources, network and partners for potential candidates through various channels (incl. online channels, professional networks and platforms and social networks)
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Assess and input candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Develop manage and maintain pool of past applicants and potential candidates
- Plan and adjust as needed the appropriate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- On boarding and end of employment
- Determine selection criteria and other vital information about hiring new employees.
- Maintain and enhance solid connections and collaborations with External recruitment sources to ensure a large & high quality of candidates pool( agencies, org., universities, etc )
- Develop and enhance employer branding and ensure establishing a solid brand to be communicated to potential candidates, external sourcing agencies, to ensure it is attractive and appealing to the right relevant candidates
- Provide salary offers and ensure proper knowledge of employment relations/laws
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Develop, implement and conduct follow up of effective on boarding process + suggest improvement actions and implement accordingly
- Work with hiring managers to ensure they have a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and address staffing needs+ in addition ensure clear communication with internal hiring managers regarding specific hiring processes for each position and the relevant criterias, timelines and specific needs.
- Provide support to hiring managers on interviewing and screening skills
- Coordinate with managers, complete reference checks, and utilize online application methods to ensure only qualified applicants come into play
- Passes registration and etc. work with Gov and authorities
- Employment survey
- Performance management processes, objectives setting and incentive plans
- Learning and Development , Talent Development and succession planning
- Employee activities , welfare, events , perks and others
- Any other duties and tasks as requested by CEO and Shareholders
Requirements:
[Must]
- Candidate must have at least a Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Candidate with at least 3 years of Managerial experience in a similar role
- Experience in working with sourcing agencies
- Experience with use of professional networks and platforms (eg. social media, resume databases, professional networks, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of market and needs for relevant candidates in the market
- Experience in the Retail industry -advantage
- Knowledge of market recruiting trends
