Job Description

Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer and leading a team of HR partners, the successful candidate will take a proactive and transformative approach across the full spectrum of HR issues, including total rewards, talent management, organizational development, manpower planning, and employee relations. The role involves collaborating closely with country COE HR teams to enhance people capabilities and support sustainable business growth.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with strong expertise in rewards topics. Candidates from the tech or consumer industry, or from large organizations headquartered in Singapore, with a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives and impacting people and culture, are preferred.
