Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget, recommend policies & drive programs to ensure current/future requirements are met.

  • Ensure staff are recruited/evaluated/trained/rewarded according to company strategy.

  • Implement programs including recruitment, training and development, remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, organizational development, relocation, equal employment/affirmative action, health, safety and employee wellness, payroll, employee communications and employment/industrial/labour relations.

  • Liaise with area managers to develop strategies for their business needs, and evaluate future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the programs.

  • Lead a team of HR staff to ensure strategy is implemented and within established budgets.

  • Manage strategic and policy development aspects to optimize organization performance.

  • Establish and maintain the human resource planning, control and reporting activities.

  • Manage activities related to the process of payroll, ensuring payment of employees according to parameters.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management.

  • At least 7 years of related experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
