Job Description
Reporting directly into the Chief HR Officer and leading a team of HR partners, we are looking for a true business partner who will take a proactive and transformative approach in the full spectrum of people-related issues including total rewards, talent management, organizational development, manpower planning, and employee relations issues, collaborating closely with country COE HR teams to accelerate people capabilities and enable sustainable business growth for the organization.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience as an HR business partner or reward specialist, either from the tech/consumer industry or from a large organization headquartered in Singapore, with a proven track record in leading transformative mandates and making an impact on people and culture.
