Head of Human Resources – Automotive Leader | Singapore

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading automotive company. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Human Resources to lead the people strategy. Based in Singapore, this role is critical to drive strategic HR transformation, culture changes and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of HR will lead the team. As Head of HR in the automotive business, you’ll be part of the leadership team, shaping people strategies that support both workshop and office teams. You’ll lead hiring, onboarding, and retention across a diverse workforce-ensuring strong engagement from the shop floor to senior staff. You’ll drive practical performance and development programs, manage compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with labour laws. A key part of your role is to build and enhance positive workplace culture. You’ll also advise on workforce planning and keep HR operations running smoothly as the company expands regionally.

Ideal Profile

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with at least 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within a complex, operationally intensive environment. Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is highly preferred.
