A prominent organization in Singapore is seeking a Head of Human Resource to manage HR initiatives and align strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and 8-10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership. This role emphasizes strong strategic and analytical skills alongside excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
As a Head of Human Resource, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Deliver and manage people management systems, practices, and processes to support HR initiatives and align strategies with business goals.
Lead HR initiatives including recruitment, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, and people management.
Collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies for talent attraction, retention, and engagement while promoting organizational culture.
Implement and support change management efforts within the organization.
Oversee key annual HR processes such as budgeting, succession planning, performance reviews, and rewards planning.
Drive continuous improvement in HR operations to support growth and transformation.
Develop and lead learning and development programs to maximize staff potential.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
8 to 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
