Job description

As a Head of Human Resource, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Deliver and manage people management systems, practices, and processes to support HR initiatives and align strategies with business goals.

  • Lead HR initiatives including recruitment, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, and people management.

  • Collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies for talent attraction, retention, and engagement while promoting organizational culture.

  • Implement and support change management efforts within the organization.

  • Oversee key annual HR processes such as budgeting, succession planning, performance reviews, and rewards planning.

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR operations to support growth and transformation.

  • Develop and lead learning and development programs to maximize staff potential.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

  • 8 to 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
