Job summary

The Health Promotion Board invites applications for a role in its Healthy Ageing Programmes Department. You will help seniors adopt an active lifestyle through community briskwalking and other activities, building strong multi-stakeholder partnerships with agencies and community groups.

You will monitor programme impact, refine approaches using data insights, and help scale a pilot into a replicable community framework. One-year contract offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in healthcare, social services, or public sector preferred.
• Project or account management in cross-agency environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forge and sustain partnerships with inter-agency and community stakeholders.
• Support seniors to initiate an active lifestyle through community programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate initiative effectiveness and report progress.
