Title: Head of Growth and Strategic Initiatives

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

Our client is headquartered in Singapore and has an international presence. They have been growing organically and through acquisitions. They are a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for strategy planning, leading business transformation initiatives to drive innovation and scalability. As they embark on their next phase of growth, they are looking for a dynamic leader to be involved in strategy planning and transformation.

Responsibilities:

  1. This position will lead initiatives in the development and execution of our 5-year strategic plan while spearheading enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
  2. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, align business units, and ensure successful transformation outcomes.
  3. You will lead strategic planning efforts to drive long-term growth and competitive advantage and support the development and implementation of the company’s growth strategy.
  4. You will drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and large-scale transformation programs, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  5. You will use market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform growth strategies and act as a change champion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resilience.
  6. This position will lead a lean team to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
  7. You will provide recommendations on emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities.
  8. You will play a key role in leading strategic initiatives, including M&A and partnerships, and drive the cadence at leadership meetings, including business reviews.

Requirements:

Ideal Profile:

  1. 15+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation roles within a global organization.
  2. Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
  3. Deep understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, and business modeling, with a strong ability to assess the commercial viability of new initiatives.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
