Rabbit is a revolutionary GCP cost management platform designed to help businesses optimize their cloud spending and maximize efficiency. We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing SaaS company looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our growth initiatives. We're seeking a Head of Growth to accelerate our global expansion by introducing Rabbit to all GCP customers worldwide. Our state-of-the-art technology boasts an over 80% POC-to-subscriber conversion rate and 0 paid customer churn, demonstrating a strong product-market fit. Your role will be to leverage these successes and drive rapid growth within the GCP customer base.
As the Head of Growth, you will be pivotal in driving top-of-funnel activities to ensure a steady flow of new leads and opportunities for Rabbit. You will own the lead generation process end-to-end, experimenting with various channels and strategies to continuously optimize how we acquire and convert potential customers. This includes, referrals, and strategic partnerships as well as working closely with marketing to generate inbound leads.
With a strong data-driven mindset, you will constantly analyze the effectiveness of our growth strategies, tweaking campaigns and channel tactics to ensure we achieve the best possible results. You will be an essential bridge between marketing, sales, and product teams, collaborating cross-functionally to align efforts and achieve our growth targets.
You will also play a key role in building out our channel sales program, identifying and nurturing partnerships with resellers, distributors, and other external partners to expand our reach and drive additional revenue streams. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial to ensure these partners have the resources to effectively sell Rabbit and generate high-quality leads.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with experimentation and hands-on execution, and a passion for driving growth.
