Job description

Rabbit is a revolutionary GCP cost management platform designed to help businesses optimize their cloud spending and maximize efficiency. We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing SaaS company looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our growth initiatives. We're seeking a Head of Growth to accelerate our global expansion by introducing Rabbit to all GCP customers worldwide. Our state-of-the-art technology boasts an over 80% POC-to-subscriber conversion rate and 0 paid customer churn, demonstrating a strong product-market fit. Your role will be to leverage these successes and drive rapid growth within the GCP customer base.

About the Role

As the Head of Growth, you will be pivotal in driving top-of-funnel activities to ensure a steady flow of new leads and opportunities for Rabbit. You will own the lead generation process end-to-end, experimenting with various channels and strategies to continuously optimize how we acquire and convert potential customers. This includes, referrals, and strategic partnerships as well as working closely with marketing to generate inbound leads.

With a strong data-driven mindset, you will constantly analyze the effectiveness of our growth strategies, tweaking campaigns and channel tactics to ensure we achieve the best possible results. You will be an essential bridge between marketing, sales, and product teams, collaborating cross-functionally to align efforts and achieve our growth targets.

You will also play a key role in building out our channel sales program, identifying and nurturing partnerships with resellers, distributors, and other external partners to expand our reach and drive additional revenue streams. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial to ensure these partners have the resources to effectively sell Rabbit and generate high-quality leads.

This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with experimentation and hands-on execution, and a passion for driving growth. Your Day-to-Day Will Involve
  • Lead and execute strategic business plans, driving growth across prioritized initiatives while aligning global and regional markets.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Leading growth initiatives across multiple channels to generate consistent lead flow and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Building and nurturing a channel sales program by identifying new partners, onboarding them, and helping them succeed in selling Rabbit.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on growth goals.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of your growth initiatives, and using data to iterate and improve results.
  • Continuously refining our ideal customer profile (ICP) and ensuring we are targeting and acquiring the most valuable leads.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies
  • Build cross-functional relationships within Google to enhance operational efficiency and goal alignment.
  • Work with Sales Leads to build new Sales Programs based on Partner input.
  • Build content such as pitches, outreach emails, playbooks, videos, battlecards for each Sales Program in collaboration with extended Sellers and Sales Enablement.
  • Define lead generation and sales achievement targets for all Sales Programs.
  • Develop tracking mechanisms for programs progress and outcome.
  • Collect input from Partners on skill gaps and work with Sales Enablement to develop training programs to address gaps.
  • Support Sales Enablement with Partner training engagement/participation.
  • Take a proactive approach to bring Marketing plans to Sales and create Partner engagement goals for each marketing campaign.
  • Closely link with the digital strategy to ensure the full innovation potential of the partner is brought to the surface, along with the allocation of innovation funds, and other vendor channels to support innovation with their talents, tools or other partners
  • Understand the current footprint of key strategic suppliers and evolve the relationship with the right outside in view
  • Design processes and tools to enable processes that automate manual steps in digital supplier management, focusing time on true understanding of interactions
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in sales, business development, or growth roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sales acumen with hands-on CRM experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics like CAC, LTV, and ARR.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to coordinate with external vendors.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of top-of-funnel marketing strategies and channel sales development.
  • Proven track record of building scalable growth programs.
  • Data-savvy, strategic thinker who loves experimenting with new tactics.
