Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Head of Graphic Design to lead our graphic design function and shape creative direction across high-profile projects for global clients. Reporting to the Chief Creative & Product Officer, you will mentor a team of designers and collaborate with the Head of Spatial Design to craft compelling visual, spatial and experiential concepts.

You will stay hands-on on flagship work, present concepts to clients and senior stakeholders, and guide production-ready designs while managing

• Minimum 10+ years in graphic design with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio in branding, visual storytelling and campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.

Our client, an events agency is looking for an experienced Head of Graphic Design to lead our graphic design function and shape creative direction across high-profile projects for global clients.

Reporting to the Chief Creative & Product Officer, you'll lead and mentor a team of designers while working closely with the Head of Spatial Design to create compelling visual, spatial and experiential concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and design standards across projects.
• Develop visual concepts, storytelling and design systems across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the design team.
• Stay hands-on across key projects and flagship client work.
• Present creative concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Support pitches and business development initiatives.
• Work with production and event teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
• Manage workflows, resources and multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in MICE, events, exhibitions or experiential industries.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual storytelling and campaign development.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding and production.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Confident presenting creative ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
• A balance of creative ambition, commercial awareness and production knowledge.
