Job summary

WeAreAspire is seeking an experienced Head of Graphic Design to lead the design function and shape creative direction for high-profile global projects. You will report to the Chief Creative & Product Officer and manage a team of designers while collaborating with the Head of Spatial Design to craft compelling visual, spatial and experiential concepts.

• 10+ years of graphic design experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual storytelling and campaign development.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding and production.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Confident presenting creative ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
• A balance of creative ambition, commercial awareness and production knowledge.
