Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Global Payments to build and lead our international payment strategy. This role involves developing a global payment system from scratch, driving business strategy, and managing cross-functional teams across product, R&D, operations, and marketing. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in international payments, deep knowledge of global payment channels and compliance, and a user-centric mindset to enhance the payment experience for players in over 100 countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a global payment system for the group, formulate service plans, and drive implementation to serve multiple gaming projects and players in over 100 countries.
  • Build and lead product, R&D, operations, and marketing teams related to the business, ensuring the achievement of KPI targets.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to establish an official payment website, enhancing user payment experience and coverage.
  • Develop deep, long-term, and mutually beneficial partnerships with major global platforms and payment partners.
  • Collaborate with multiple gaming project teams, gather project feedback, and support them in achieving their goals.

Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the international payments field, with experience in building and managing multinational teams.
  • Familiarity with major global market payment channels, regulatory policies, tax compliance, etc., and the ability to independently lead the payment department to achieve strategic goals.
  • Strong user-centric mindset, sensitivity to user needs, focus on user experience, and a willingness to innovate and push boundaries.
  • Strong internet product and data-driven operational thinking; experience in the internet or gaming industry is preferred.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn and take on challenges, with a strong results-oriented approach.
