In this role based in Singapore, you will report to the Global Finance Director, Product and Innovation whose scope covers Dyson’s portfolio of products, spanning Beauty, Floorcare, Environmental Care and Audio. You will be joining at a pivotal time in Dyson as you lead with your financial analysis and insights to deliver to the Company’s Objective of optimizing product cost across its entire product lifecycle and portfolio.
The role assumes active engagement in senior management decision-making processes including attendance at senior management meetings and insights-based advisory during key decision-making moments; in this capacity, you will work closely with stakeholders from across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing. The focus is to drive savings initiatives, bring in industry best practices, guide decision making via solid financial analysis, business cases to inform decision-making around product cost decisions to ensure we optimize the use of our financial resources and continue to improve profitability.
At least 12 years of relevant work experience.
Able to demonstrate previous experience of using extensive financial information to support executive level decision making, developing, and using advanced/complex financial models, and making business recommendations from the analysis of corporate financial statements.
A bias for action, with high levels of resilience and drive, able to see the strategic big picture but also to roll sleeves up and get into the detail and delivery of financial projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, across all seniorities within a business.
