Position: Finance Business Partner - Foodservice (Singapore)

Extensive Finance Expertise with 8-10 years of experience in finance, leadership, and cross-functional analytical skills.

Demonstrates strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and business insight.

Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, predictive analytics, and finance technologies.

Collaborative Leadership and Mindset.

The role will be based in Singapore.

Position Description

Lead the finance business partnering function for foodservice business units in South East Asia. Responsible for providing actionable financial insights and decision support to ensure informed decision-making and drive financial performance. Act as a liaison between group finance and senior leadership, fostering collaboration and aligning financial strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Review financial implications and advise on strategic and operational decisions within the business unit.
  • Identify and drive business optimisation through data-driven storytelling.
  • Lead prioritisation of strategic investments to meet group targets, including business case development.
  • Develop and communicate strategic plans and growth targets, ensuring alignment across units.
  • Identify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.
Performance Management
  • Report on business unit performance against financial targets.
  • Implement enterprise performance management frameworks.
  • Review KPIs and provide insights to manage performance.
  • Support business leaders with updates and strategic recommendations.
Financial Reporting and Processes
  • Ensure timely, accurate financial reports and variance analysis.
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement in financial processes.
Strategic Financial Leadership and Business Partnering
  • Provide strategic direction and act as a trusted financial advisor.
  • Lead data-driven financial discussions with a system-wide perspective.
  • Understand business drivers and dynamics to inform strategies.
