MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the APAC regional finance function. Reporting to the Global CFO, you will partner with regional leadership to drive performance, implement finance transformation, and support acquisitions across multiple countries and business units.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced industrial environment, focusing on planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification and/or postgraduate finance qualification.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading finance teams across multiple APAC markets.
• Strong business partnering capabilities and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting organisational transformation, acquisitions or integration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain finance and cost management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function across APAC markets, providing strategic leadership and operational support.
• Partner with regional commercial and operational leaders to drive business performance and profitable growth.
• Develop a regional finance framework covering planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Support integration activities across acquired businesses with consistent processes, controls and governance.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, visibility and decision-making capabilities.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations relating to pricing, margin improvement, cost optimisation and investment decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strengthen working capital performance, cash flow management and financial discipline throughout the organisation.
• Foster collaboration across country finance teams and develop a high-performing regional finance organisation.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global CFO and serving as a key member of the APAC leadership team, this role will lead the regional finance organisation across multiple countries and business units. You are a seasoned regional finance leader with experience operating in a complex, multi-country industrial environment. You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and are comfortable navigating both executive‑level discussions and operational execution.
