Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance team in supporting the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as providing financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Provide regular financial analysis and insights to senior leadership.

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the organisation. Provide variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and expansion plans.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

- Experience: 10+ years of finance experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Skills: Strong financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
