Head of Finance

The Company

Our client, a leading European multinational in the FMCG and retail sector, is seeking a dynamic Head of Finance for their Singapore operations.

The Role

This is a highly visible leadership role in a renowned European MNC. Reporting to the Senior Finance Director for SEA, you will lead a team in overseeing the full spectrum of finance including:

• Accounting, reporting, tax, cashflow, internal audit, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and lead system implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Over 8 years of full-spectrum finance experience within the FMCG, retail, or B2C industries
• Prior Big 4 experience.
• Strong SAP exposure is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering process improvements.
