The Role

The Head of Finance plays a crucial role to oversee financial reporting, consolidation, tax, treasury management, and compliance. Reporting to the CEO, this role drives process-improvement initiatives post their successful investment from a renowned Private Equity firm.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage group consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
2. Ensure adherence to group accounting policies and IFRS across all activities.
3. Guide subsidiaries on accounting treatments, conduct group-wide training on technical matters.
4. Develop policies for robust internal controls, aligning with financial regulations and company policies.
5. Lead ERP implementation, streamline finance processes and ensure compliance.
6. Supervise monthly financials, review statutory accounts, analyse variances, and initiate actions for financial goals.
7. Coordinate with stakeholders like tax agents, auditors, and lawyers for regulatory compliance.
8. Lead ad-hoc projects including ERP implementation and Group transfer pricing studies.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or ACCA.
2. 8+ years of finance operations experience.
3. Audit firm experience is beneficial.
4. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, able to drive process improvements.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Experience in Semiconductor, Industrial Automation or related industry is a plus.

Travel requirement: 20% - 30%
