Job description

We are looking for a Head of Finance to manage the Singapore business with high operational involvement to drive commercial performance.

Client Details

We are an established player within the B2C manufacturing and distribution sector with a strong presence across APAC. We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead a lean finance team and serve as a strategic business partner to enhance the performance of our Singapore entity.

Description

As a key member of the Singapore leadership team, you will oversee the entire finance function for Singapore, including financial stewardship, budgeting and forecasting, business reviews, and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include managing accounting operations, cash flow, treasury management, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency. You will also plan activities and collaborate with functional stakeholders and business unit heads to optimize working capital and drive sales and profitability. Additionally, you will handle ad hoc projects related to ERP improvements and process standardization.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with over 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including recent experience in a managerial role. Experience with an audit firm is advantageous. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in engaging with senior management and diverse stakeholders within the organization.
