Job description

Steward Finance. Fuel Purpose.

At Triple P Group, we believe neighbourhoods thrive when people, place, and purpose come together. We’re a privately owned real estate group shaping conservation properties into vibrant, future-ready communities, through brands like The Working Capitol, Triple P Partners, LopeLab and more.

We don’t just operate spaces, we shape neighbourhoods. Our ecosystem includes coworking campuses, retail and F&B concepts, lifestyle experiences, and soon, ventures in co-living, placemaking, and proptech. Over the past decade, we’ve built a reputation for creating one-of-a-kind environments for some of Singapore’s most exciting businesses and founders.

We are both owners and operators, and are actively growing our shophouse asset management arm, expanding our capabilities across property and investment management. This shift positions us for long-term growth, with exciting opportunities to help drive neighbourhood transformation through both strategy and stewardship.

We’re now looking for a Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations of our group. Reporting to the GM/COO and advising the CEO and broader leadership team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all core finance functions while building a high-performing team that supports our evolving ecosystem. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who wants to build lasting impact from the inside out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategic Finance & Leadership

  • Lead all core finance functions across the group, including accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Advise the GM, CEO, and leadership team on financial direction, market shifts, and business performance.
  • Guide cross-functional budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Mentor and grow the finance team into a high-performing, independent function — setting goals, building systems, and ensuring clarity in roles and workflows.
  • Implement toolkits, trainings, and systems that empower departments to own their financial accountability.
  • Set clear finance frameworks that support compliance, governance, and ESG-aligned growth.

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee accurate and timely financial operations - including bookkeeping, invoicing, POs, and vendor payments.
  • Lead monthly reporting cycles and deliver clear, actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure visibility into financial performance - tracking revenue, costs, margins, and variance to forecast.
  • Conduct cost reviews and implement optimisations to strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Deliver timely, compliant financial statements and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with department leads to align budgets, forecasts, and financial priorities.
  • Support teams in understanding financial data, adhering to controls, and using resources effectively.
  • Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and service providers on all finance-related matters.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’re an experienced finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments.
  • You’re a clear communicator who can break down financial concepts for different stakeholders.
  • Has held senior finance roles with decision-making authority, including final responsibility for managing cash flow, approving allocations, and shaping financial outcomes.
  • You’re level-headed and solutions-oriented, able to make smart decisions with imperfect information.
  • You prioritise well, stay calm under pressure, and know-how to manage both people and processes with care.
  • You take pride in empowering others - and know how to grow a strong, self-sufficient team.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8–10 years of finance experience, ideally with time spent in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or asset management.
  • Experience managing and mentoring finance or accounts teams.
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and procurement systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead others through financial planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, Xero, or other finance systems.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal.
